HVAC
AC repair. System not cooling, leaking, loud, or quit entirely. We diagnose first, fix what's broken, and tell you straight whether it's worth repairing.
AC install and replacement. When it's time, we walk through options — single-stage, two-stage, variable-speed — and explain what each means for your bill and your comfort. We size to actual load calculations, not square-footage rules.
Heating repair, install, replacement. Heat pumps, gas furnaces, electric strip backup. We service all of it.
Brands we service. Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, American Standard, Bryant, Amana, Day & Night, Payne. If your unit isn't on this list, call and ask — we probably still service it.
Plumbing
Drain clearing. Snake, hydro-jet, or sewer camera depending on the clog. Roots, grease, hair — we clear all of it without tearing up the slab.
Water heater service. Tank, tankless, electric, gas, heat pump. Repair, replace, upgrade. Phoenix hard water shortens water heater life — we flush, anode-check, and right-size.
Tankless water heaters. Rinnai and Navien install. Annual descaling is required to keep the manufacturer warranty valid in Phoenix water.
Leak detection and re-pipes. Acoustic and thermal-imaging tools to find slab leaks before opening anything. PEX-A for full re-pipes — 25-year warranty, 2-4 day jobs, drywall patched.

Indoor Air Quality
Filtration upgrades. MERV 11-13 media filters, electronic air cleaners, HEPA bypass systems. Real options if you've got allergies or asthma — not just a thicker furnace filter.
UV light systems. In-duct UV-C for mold and microbial growth on cooling coils. Useful in monsoon months when humidity spikes.
Duct cleaning. Real duct cleaning with HEPA equipment — not the $99 bait-and-switch. We inspect first and tell you whether you actually need it.
Humidity control. Whole-home dehumidifiers for monsoon season, humidifiers for the dry winter months.
Water Treatment
Whole-home softeners. Phoenix water runs 250+ ppm hardness. That's why your shower glass spots in 30 days and your water heater fails 4 years early. A softener fixes the scale eating your fixtures and the white spots on your shower glass.
Point-of-use RO. Reverse osmosis at the kitchen sink — fixes taste, smell, and gives you bottled-water-quality drinking water at the tap.
Whole-home filtration. Carbon and sediment filters for the supply line. Removes chlorine, chloramines, sediment from city water.
