$89, waived with any approved repair. Same rate Monday through Sunday. No after-hours premium and no tier pricing.

Our core service area is Cave Creek, Scottsdale, Carefree, north Phoenix, and Paradise Valley. If you're elsewhere in the Valley and want to ask, give us a call — we'll tell you if we can get a truck to you.

Yes. Licensed in Arizona under AZ ROC 281777. Fully insured for residential and commercial work.

Since 1982. Kirk Buscho started North Valley Mechanical as a one-truck operation in north Phoenix, and the family business is still local — Kirk and his son Konnor work it together now.

Yes. Full HVAC service (AC, heating, indoor air quality) plus full plumbing (drain clearing, water heaters tank and tankless, leak detection, re-pipes, water treatment).

Every major brand — Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, American Standard, Bryant, Amana, Day & Night, Payne. If your unit isn't on this list, call and ask.

How fast can you get someone out here?

Same-day in most cases for the core service area during business hours. We're based at 2110 W Greenway Rd, so response inside north Phoenix is typically inside a couple of hours.

Do you handle luxury or complex residential systems?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Scottsdale and Paradise Valley homes often have multi-zone HVAC, recirculation pumps, whole-home filtration, tankless heaters, and other complex equipment. We service all of it.
