"100% Completely Satisfied! We contacted North Valley Mechanical in January of 2024 to assess our HVAC system. Our upstairs would be incredibly hot, while our downstairs would be ice cold. Once Kyle W. showed up and took a look at our system, we knew we were in good hands. Kyle was extremely patient with us as he explained every option that we had open to us. He let us know what we HAD to do, what we SHOULD do and what we COULD do to prevent any issues in the future. Kyle was incredibly helpful at actually explaining our current system setup to us and why it was incorrect and not performing like it should. We decided to have everything taken care of correctly, so that our HVAC system would function 100% properly.
