Meet Kirk Buscho
Kirk started North Valley Mechanical in 1982 as a one-truck operation in north Phoenix. He worked the Valley before air conditioning was on every house, before tankless water heaters were a thing, before half the subdivisions in our service area were built. He's seen the Valley grow up from his service truck window.
That perspective shows up in how he approaches the work today. Forty-four years of looking at HVAC systems and plumbing setups means a tech who shows up at your house already knows what to check first — because Kirk has trained the team on what he's seen go wrong, and what he's seen actually work.
His son Konnor joined the business and works alongside him now. Two generations, same family, same Valley, same approach: diagnose first, fix what's broken, tell you straight whether it's worth repairing or whether you're throwing money at something on its last legs.
