No two warranties are created equal. Be sure to read the fine print!

 Read your contract...

The first thing we hear from most customers is "Can I get a new unit?"

The purpose of the home warranty is to fix any mechanical problems. It is very rare
that a unit gets replaced. It is more common that a denial of the claim or a second
  opinion will be requested.

Do I have to use a unit the warranty company is supplying?

Yes, if you do not want to pay out of pocket for any additional expenses. However,
customers do opt to "cash out" with the insurance company in order to install  a
  preferred system.

How Long does it take to get a major repair approved and then installed?

Every situation is different. In most cases, 7 to 10 business days.
